HMRC has launched a new campaign encouraging people to renew their Tax Credits online before the annual 31st July deadline. It replaces a longstanding campaign which has run annually since 2003.
The campaign, created by Engine and directed by Simon Ratigan, evocatively brings to life the busy lives of Tax Credits claimants, and encourages them to renew conveniently online when it suits them. A suite of 5 ads shows a number of different situations which are relevant to different parts of the audience.
The campaign also features work across radio, outdoor and digital.
