Breaking Royal Navy work

The new film, ‘Doors’, speaks to an audience of young achievers who understand their own worth and want to feel empowered to make the most of their individual strengths. Whilst excited about the future, they’re also concerned about making the wrong career choice and ending up stuck on a linear, hierarchical path that’s not right for them, for the rest of their lives.

This film shows them that no two days in the Royal Navy are the same. As environments, technology and operations change, so do their challenges. This means they continually invest in rounded leaders whose individual skills have been honed,  whose personal interests are fulfilled, who’ve been broadly trained and who are constantly learning and improving.
