Three months and three departments working on live client briefs, the Big Break offers candidates the opportunity to break into advertising. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from or what you’ve done. What we’re after is people who are passionate about making work that people care about.
During your time as a Big Breaker you’ll experience every angle with one of our teams, immersing yourself in Account Management, Project Management, and Strategy on live client briefs. You’ll be an integral part of the day to day running of the account, working in one of London’s top advertising agencies.
This is the fourth year of the Big Break, and this year we’re shaking things up. It’s never been more important to have a diverse team within the agency. That’s why you don’t need a CV to apply for the Big Break. We’re after the people who have the potential to shape the industry, who have a passion inside them for great work.
We’ve designed the Big Break scheme to try and give the most complete experience of what it’s like to work in advertising. We feel it’s so important to have experience of three different roles, so anyone who completes the scheme has a clear view of each of the roles and where they think they are best suited.
This is certainly not about making tea, photocopying and doing the admin. This is the chance to be part of a team working on live projects in a number of different roles. You genuinely could find yourself doing anything from attending shoots, meeting clients and working on creative briefs. An experience not to be missed for anyone looking to break into advertising.
