On the 27th April we will be hosting an assessment day to find three new people to join our agency. Two in the Account Handling Department as Account Executives and the other as a New Business Executive in our New Business & Marketing Department.
These are extremely important roles, critical to the smooth running of the agency and projects for our clients. They act as the fulcrum to their respective departments.
They will also give you the chance to join a Top 10 agency, one responsible for creating work for some of the UK’s most famous brands. An agency where you could be creating an interactive music video for Bupa, a 2-minute ad for Warburtons’ Giant Crumpets starring the Muppets, the world’s first interactive billboard to raise awareness of domestic abuse for charity, Women’s Aid, or a multi-award winning campaign to get record numbers of people to donate blood for NHS Blood & Transplant – now a Gold Standard for blood donor campaigns around the world.
And if you needed any more convincing, this is a job that will never leave you short of an anecdote. To prove it we asked some of our current crop for their favourites…
“The famous creative Luke Sullivan says that advertising is like washing a pig. Well, I was once asked to wash a live seagull before a shoot. It was the star of the ad and the client wanted it looking its best.”
“I spent five hours playing Candy Crush to get a two colour bomb match. Needed to record myself playing for a presentation.”
“The agency was looking for ideas for how we could celebrate Easter. A bit of googling and few phone calls later, I was releasing five live rabbits and a couple of guinea pigs into the office. Everyone loved it, even the CEO!”
All three roles will require the applicant to be organised, diligent, articulate and have the energy to thrive at a Top 10 London agency.
Most importantly though, we’re interested in people with a passion for creativity, people that see these roles as an opportunity to join an agency with shared ambition to make the best work possible.
All we ask is that you have one year’s relevant working experience – that doesn’t necessarily have to be in an advertising agency – and that you can be available to start in May 2017.
So if that sounds like the career for you, then download our application form here.
Applications close at 17.00 on the 21st April.
