The integrated PR campaign won a tremendous 4 awards entered by MHP including Campaign of the Year, Best Public Sector, Best Use of Creativity and Most Innovative Use of Digital and Social Media!

WCRS are proud to win three awards at the Masters of Marketing! We won advertising campaign of the year for Warburtons’ ‘Giant Crumpets,’ were also named best brand in the consumer goods category for Warburtons, and our Exporting is Great campaign for the Department of International Trade won in the hotly contested Business-to-Business category.
SPRINTATHON SMASHES THE WORLD RECORD
Following a campaign we created to launch the Sprintathon, a continuous 100m relay all in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, this weekend WCRS smashed the marathon world record time by a staggering 10 minutes! The event raised money for Stand Up To Cancer with a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4.

WCRS WIN CAMPAIGN TO LAUNCH THE LATE NIGHT STANDARD
To launch a one-off special supplement (The Late Night Standard) ESI Media, owners of The London Evening Standard, launched a marketing campaign created by WCRS. First announced at Goodstuff’s Creative Showcase in June, The Late Night Standard has been created to celebrate the opening of the 24-hour service on the Tube.
Engine Makes Econsultancy’s Top 10 Digital Agencies of 2016
Engine London has retained its place in Econsultancy’s Top 100 Digital Agencies. The digital agencies included in the Top 100 have had an impressive year. Total fee income surpassed the £2bn mark.

'Engine has hired Leo Burnett’s Richard Dutton as their new Chief Marketing Officer. Dutton will move into the role at the end of July. As CMO, Dutton will be responsible for helping drive new business growth across Engine’s 13 specialist businesses as well as building the Engine brand.'

It was a tremendous week for Engine/WCRS in Cannes as our NHS Blood donation campaign, produced in collaboration with sister-agency MHP, picked up a Gold Health Lion and a Bronze Cyber Lion in the Social Purpose category.
WCRS' work with Bupa and The Futureheads, 'How is your body performing?', also took home a Bronze Health and Wellness Lion.

Standard Life Investments Appoints WCRS As Its Creative Agency
Standard Life Investments will promote its sponsorship of the British & Irish Lions tour in 2017 with the appointment of WCRS to lead the activity.
WCRS won the business following a three-way pitch against VCCP and the incumbent, Mohawk. WCRS will create work across all channels and has been briefed to communicate SLI’s involvement at all key points from the squad announcement all the way through the tour and the test matches.

The winners of the 2016 Drum Marketing Awards were announced this week – with WCRS revealed as the most awarded agency taking home 7 awards and 3 commendations.
WCRS’ ‘Look At Me’ DOOH campaign for Women’s Aid won a selection of awards including the prestigious Chairman’s Award and Digital Strategy of the Year – as well as receiving the judges commendation for its use of experiential marketing strategies.
The Engine team of WCRS and MHP were awarded with the coveted Grand Prix prize for the highly praised Missing Type campaign, as well Best B2C Strategy of the Year and PR Campaign of the Year. The Engine led Government work for UKTI also won best B2B Strategy of the Year.
Finally our 1/2/3 current account campaign for Santander won Best Long Term Strategy of the Year.

The winners of the 2016 Creative Circle Awards were announced last week - with WCRS taking home 5 accolades.
WCRS’ ‘Look At Me’ campaign for Women’s Aid took home two Silvers for Best Image Manipulation and Best DOOH, as well as a Bronze for Best Digital Poster.
Our Royal Air-force ‘Glitch’ campaign, where we collaborated with renowned typographer Craig Ward and created attention grabbing typography-led art direction to deliver our message; won a Bronze for Best use of Digital Typography.
And finally our #MissingType campaign for NHS Blood and Transplant won Gold for Best Integrated Campaign.
