We launched Bupa’s brand promise to Help You Find Healthy in 2011. In 2012 the job was to demonstrate what this really meant for customers. ‘Charlie’ is the first execution in this campaign, where we hear the true story of Bupa Care Home resident Charlie, and how Bupa has helped him find healthy by making it possible for him to keep chickens at the home.

Leads up by 400% year on year with website traffic up 37% year on year. Brand consideration up 9% inside two months of campaign launch.
