We were engaged by Sky to redesign their online communication platform (sky.com) to better explain their complicated product portfolio. We created an interactive online experience for Sky customers and prospects which allows them to explore Sky products and services through five ‘Sky lives’. A ‘Sky life’ is a frozen moment in time featuring customers who are using Sky to fulfil their entertainment needs, both in the home and on the go. Customers leave the site with an understanding of how Sky can enrich their lives. The extensive redesign included new Sky product imagery, lifestyle imagery and iconography. It also started a process of redefining how Sky communicates online.
