This week sees the release of NOW TV’s latest in a series of online films, as part of their social campaign promoting the streaming of The Walking Dead Box Sets 1-7 and the launch of Season 8 on Monday.
We created a series of smile-inducing online films featuring 8/10 Cats’ Joe Wilkinson and his charming pug sidekick, ‘Daryl’, released on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In each of the spots, Joe takes viewers through the basics of how to survive a Walker apocalypse with hilarious results.
Shot by director Jim Archer at MindsEye Productions, the latest in the series of films features a misunderstanding between friends and a walker left utterly bamboozled in a field by a little something Joe made earlier…
Ross Neil, Executive Creative Director at WCRS, said: “It’s great to see work that not only entertains and gets the show but also gives practical advice should there be a zombie apocalypse. And you get to live with a pug.”
The Walker Survival Guide is being promoted across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
The campaign will run until 23rd October.
